Women Economic Forum (WEF) Slovenia (2020)
The Essence:
The Women Economic Forum (WEF) was more than just a conference—it was a sanctuary where women from diverse professions and corners of the globe could gather. This platform was not only about expanding business opportunities but also about fostering trust, forming deep connections, and inspiring one another to rise. It reminded women that by lifting each other up, boundless potential is unlocked.
Key Highlights:
A dedicated Slovenian team of 15 brought together over 200 participants speakers from 30 countries. The theme, “Power of the Pack: Women Trustfully Supporting Women” shattered stereotypes, demonstrating how true collaboration among women can lead to extraordinary outcomes.

Since 2020 Sophia Academy has partnered with incredible organizations across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia to inspire transformative projects deeply rooted in personal growth, social sustainability, and aligning individual purpose with the greater societal goals. Launch of the Living Knauf Insulation Way Program (2020)
The Essence:
The Living KI Way Program, grounded in Sophia Academy’s philosophy of Ancient Wisdom for corporate well-being, was a deeply self-reflecting and inspiring 100-day journey through the pillars of Being, Doing, and Living. This program was more than just a corporate initiative; it was a transformative experience that fostered self-awareness, resilience, and a profound sense of purpose among the Knauf Insulation team.
Key Highlights:
More than 300 executives and employees embarked on this thoughtful 100-day journey. The Being pillar inspired deep self-reflection and understanding, the Doing pillar guided participants to align their personal values with the company’s mission, and the Living pillar focused on cultivating resilience, empowering individuals to navigate challenges with strength and grace. The journey fostered a resilient workplace culture where personal and corporate goals were aligned, creating an environment of mutual support and collaboration.
Bled Strategic Forum 2021 – Green Recovery with Social Sustainability at Its Core (2021)
The Essence:
This project centred on ensuring that as we aim for a greener future, we never lose sight of the people living in it. It’s a reminder that true sustainability starts with social well-being.
Key Highlights:
At the Bled Strategic Forum, Sophia Academy hosted a special event focused on the importance of social sustainability in building a brighter future. This message inspired many organizations to begin their own socially centered sustainability initiatives, underlining that people must always be at the heart of sustainability efforts.


Co-Founding of Living with a Green Heart (LWGH) – A Social Sustainability Initiative (2021)
The Essence:
Living with a Green Heart is based on a simple truth: when individuals are happy and fulfilled, they can drive real societal change. What began as an idea has since grown into a global platform focused on improving lives through personal well-being.
Key Highlights:
Since it’s launch, this initiative has touched the lives of more than 100,000 people, encouraging them to take meaningful actions toward sustainability. LWGH approaches sustainability holistically, emphasizing the impact of individual well-being on society as a whole. The initiative has blossomed into a worldwide movement, calling on people everywhere to create a more sustainable world from the inside out.
Building the LWGH Community – Online and Offline Engagement (2022-2024)
The Essence:
The mission was to cultivate a vibrant community where people could grow personally while deepening their understanding of sustainability. This space was designed for learning, sharing, and collective action.
Key Highlights:
The LWGH community flourished through an active social media presence, monthly webinars, and offline gatherings. Workshops like the “Circle of Green Warriors” offered participants hands-on experiences in living a sustainable lifestyle, making these values tangible in their everyday lives.


EXPO 2020 in Dubai (2022)
The Essence:
At EXPO 2020, our goal was to put personal well-being and sustainability at the forefront of the global conversation. Through a series of events, we highlighted the close connection between personal happiness and the health of our planet.
Key Highlights:
Our series of 13 events made a lasting impression, especially during Earth Hour, where over 3,000 people formed a heart-shaped green wall, symbolizing unity in caring for the Earth. Collaborating with partners like Dubai Municipality and WWF, we showed how personal fulfillment lays the foundation for broader environmental and social well-being.
365 Days of Ancient Wisdom for the Well-Being of Modern Man (2023)
The Essence:
In 2023, Dr. Saša Božič embarked on a year-long journey, living with 11 indigenous tribes across the globe. This transformative experience was documented through daily posts and interviews, offering a living narrative that engaged a global community in the teachings of ancient wisdom.
Key Highlights:
This journey culminated in the books “One World. One Family.” and self-coaching guide ‘Know Thyself’ which captures the essence of the experience and offers practical guidance for modern living and wellbeing.
The daily content inspired thousands, forming the basis for a movement towards deeper understanding and connection with our ancestral roots. The project demonstrated how ancient wisdom can guide us back to our true selves in a fast-paced world.


Exhibition at COP28,
Dubai – One World. One Family. (2023)
The Essence:
The “One World. One Family.” exhibition at COP28 in Dubai, inspired by Dr. Saša Božič’s year-long journey with indigenous tribes, brought ancient wisdom to a global audience. The exhibition highlighted the importance of integrating these teachings into our efforts for a
sustainable future.
Key Highlights:
The exhibition at the Slovenian Pavilion attracted over 15,000 visitors, deeply moving attendees with stories of global unity and the interconnectedness of all life. Collaborations with partners like the Hamdan bin Mohammad Heritage Center and several international embassies ensured the message of sustainability and unity resonated deeply with all who attended.
