SOPHIA’S WAY – Human Wellbeing and Relationships Before Concepts and Strategies
We merge science-based modalities of Positive Psychology with an ex-
periential approach that works from the inside out: expanding consciousness, wellbeing and connection, so that you can grow your business into the post COVID era supported by a solid base – colleagues that know their strengths and how to harness them.
The results are higher productivity levels and employee engagement, loyalty and the ability to harness differences within teams through diversity and inclusion, as well as a deeper emotional understanding of your brand’s core purpose and corporate culture.
People are most engaged and productive when they feel seen as human beings not as numbers or robots and when they can personally connect with the values and purpose of the brand they represent.
The purpose of this program is to expand the participants’ consciousness of their top character strengths, how to embrace them in their own work and within teams to tap into their unique capacity for leading authentically, and to gain a clear understanding and personal connection to the essence of the brand they represent.

Milestones and Pillars of Living
the Sophia Way program
BEING – Part 1:
Circle of STRENGTH – Unlocking Character Strengths
Participants learn about their top signature strengths, understand the full potential of their unique contribution to the organization and are supported in starting to use that awareness in everyday work.
BEING – Part 2:
Authentic Leadership Through Storytelling
Participants are invited to inspire and lead from their authentic self and their stories, and expand their consciousness of how to effectively communicate with colleagues and harness their different strengths towards a common goal.
DOING:
The Power of the Archetypes – Experiencing the Essence of Your Brand
Participants dive deep into understanding the corporate personality, values and purpose of your brand, and learn how to interact, create, and communicate in an authentic way as representatives of the brand (organization).
LIVING:
The Wisdom of Resilience – Sustainably Bouncing Back
Participants learn how to cope with difficult and unpredictable situations in an effective and sustainable way. They receive tools that support them in recovering from setbacks and adapting to challenging circumstances faster.
TOOLS AND MODALITIES
Through a series of tools and modalities supported by the Wheel of Life, the MBTI, the VIA Character Strengths test, self-inquiry realization, branding through archetypes and group coaching sessions participants don’t just learn the core teachings of the module, they experience them. Which makes it easier to immediately start practicing them in everyday work situations.
Participants also receive a series of Individual Executive Wellbeing Coaching sessions following a workshop for each pillar, where they are individually supported in self-reflection and integration of the knowledge acquired in group sessions.
